Scope of Work
The scope of work for this project included the removal of failed polyurethane caulking and replacement with Dow DOWSIL™ 790, which has a 20-year warranty. The EIFS, stucco, and coating were power-washed and repaired with Dow DOWSIL™ Allguard Elastomeric Coating, which has a 10-year material and labour warranty. This restoration was completed over a two-month period, after which an inspection and warranty approval was given by a Dow representative.
