620-AL Sausage Gun

Newborn and CS2’s most popular gun. Exceptionally smooth, 18:1 thrust ratio for ease of gunning most sealants.  Heat treated rod for long life with a zinc alloy handle to resist rust. Included with the gun is a  Multi-Chemical Resistant Twin Bulk Hytrel Cup as well as 1 Self-Puncture & 2 PC-620 Cone nozzles.

420-AL Sausage Gun

12:1 thrust ratio for quick gunning of low viscosity sealants.  Heat treated rod for long life with a zinc alloy handle to resist rust. Included with the gun is a Conical Ejector and Dual Hytrel Cup as well as 3 Large Cones, 3 Small/Narrow Cones. The aluminum ladder hook is also included as pictured.

290 High Thrust Cartridge Gun

Newborn’s 290 model is a 22:1 high thrust cartridge caulking gun designed for higher viscosity materials such as Polyurethanes, Mastics, Butyls and Construction Adhesives. This ratio makes it much easier to gun out those products without undue strain to your forearm or elbow. As well, during winter caulking it is much more comfortable to use because of the plastic housing over the trigger and handle, front cap and thumb release, which will not conduct the cold like a metal gun would. The heat treated piston rod will ensure long life without slippage.

211-HTS Cartridge Gun

Newborn prides themselves on innovation and are constantly looking for ways to improve their tools. The 211-HTS gun is a great example of this philosophy. It is made from a combination of composite and zinc coated steel for strength, comfort and durability. This 10:1 thrust ratio cartridge gun is ideal for silicones, acrylic latex, construction adhesive or intumescent firestop materials. It’s ergonomically designed composite handle makes a big difference, especially in colder temperatures.

535-XSP Multi Ratio Applicator

Newborn’s 535-XSP is a two component gun adaptable to either 2:1 or 1:1 ratio materials. It converts easily with simple snap in/snap out plunger adaptor discs. Extra durable, heat treated piston rod with comfort grip alloy handle. With a thrust ratio of 26:1 even the thickest products are able to be pumped with ease.

224/232 Bulk or Sausage Gun

Newborn’s model 224 is a 24 oz. bulk gun that can easily convert to 20 oz. sausage dispensing. The 232 can gun up to 32 ounces in bulk and can also be adapted for sausage use. With a 7:1 thrust ratio it won’t take many trigger pumps to empty the barrel. The heat treated square rod will last a long time and comes with a Ring Cap, 3 Cones, and OV-25 (1/2″) Nozzle, Leather Cup Spreaders and a Bell Washer.
