TechCrete® 2500 Waterproofing Agent is a bio-based, gel forming, modified silicate solution, that creates a barrier within the concrete against long-term water entry and enhances concrete durability.

TechCrete 2500 Waterproofing Agent is designed and created to seal non-structural cracks up to 5/64” (2.0 mm) in width and will seal future, non-structural cracks, up to 1/64” (0.4 mm). Once in the concrete the will remain reactive as it comes in contact with water. This reactive state provides long term performance for self-repair of future non-structural cracks.

Up to 30 year material and labour warranty available.

CretePro Ultra Waterproofing Agent

CretePro® Ultra Waterproofing Agent is a modified silicate solution that provides long-term waterproofing and durability benefits to concrete. It penetrates into concrete and reacts with free calcium and water to form a calcium silicate gel complex in cracks, pores and capillaries. This gel creates a sub-surface barrier against the ingress of water and contaminants such as chloride ions.

Up to 10 year material warranty available.

CretePro Ultra Plus

CretePro® UltraPLUS Waterproofing Agent is a modified silicate solution that provides long-term waterproofing and durability benefits to concrete. It penetrates into concrete and reacts with free calcium and water to form a calcium silicate gel complex in cracks, pores and capillaries. This gel creates a sub-surface barrier against the ingress of water and contaminants such as chloride ions.

Up to 15 year material warranty available.

ACR® Accelerating Agent

ACR® Accelerating Agent is an acetic based solution designed to be used as part of the TechCrete 2500 Waterproofing System in order to decrease the time between application and use. ACR Accelerating Agent expedites and enhances the sealing and waterproofing of cracks in the concrete. ACR Accelerating Agent is required for any system warranties offered by Alchemco.

ACR® Crack & Void Treatment

ACR® Crack & Void Treatment is an acetic based solution designed to be used in combination with TechCrete 2500 Waterproofing Agent, in order to increase the effectiveness of the TechCrete Waterproofing System, to seal small cracks and voids in the concrete. This product is to be used only for cracks and voids and should not be used for general applications.

ACR® PolyMembrane Flashing

ACRPolyMembrane Flashing is a liquid-applied product used to create a watertight transition between vertical and horizontal surfaces, such as floor to wall or around projections coming through the concrete surface. It provides long-term protection against weathering, aging, oxidation and other variables. ACR PolyMembrane Flashing must be used in conjunction with any TechCrete Warrantable Systems. Available in Grey and Clear.

ACR Concrete & Masonry Etch

ACR® Concrete & Masonry Etch is environmentally safe substitute for more dangerous acid etching products. ACR Concrete Etch provides a way to etch and open the surface of concrete, brick, block or stone materials. ACR Concrete & Masonry Etch is an organic acid based concrete cleaning and etching product that is 100% synthetic, environmentally safe and biodegradable.

DuraTite Crystalline Admix

DuraTite® Crystalline Admix is a permanent waterproofing admixture. When added to concrete or mortar, insoluble crystals are formed and developed in the water-bearing capillaries of the mix, effectively blocking the passage of water and ensuring permanent water tightness throughout the life of the structure. DuraTite Crystalline Admix can also be used in production of waterproofing mortars and surface applied slurry systems.

DuraTite Plug

DuraTite Plug is designed to stop water flow and permanently seal deep cracks and holes in all grades of concrete. It plugs, seals and creates a “watertight” seal in 2 minutes, even while water is flowing. It can be used on concrete block, cast-in-place concrete, stucco, tilt-up, exposed aggregate and slump block and can be used as an anchoring cement. It is suitable for use on basement floors and cellar walls, expansion and control joints, curtain wall joints, windows, doors, panels, fountains, reflecting pools, planters, canals, retaining walls and privacy fences.
