The scope of work for the projects was to remove the entirety of the failed sealant from two 12 story buildings and to replace all sealant with Dowsil CWS (Contractor’s Weatherproofing Sealant). Building #1 was completed in 2023 over a 5-month period and building #2 was completed over the same period in 2024. In addition to the sealant replacement, Dow DOWSIL™ Allguard Elastomeric Coating was applied to all pre cast concrete surfaces. Both buildings were inspected and approved by the project engineer following completion.

This project utilized Dowsil CWS for the interior and exterior of the windows as well as SikaBoom AS Pro. Sikaflex 15LM and mineral wool was used for firestopping the interior stairwells.

The scope of work for this project included the removal of failed polyurethane caulking and replacement with Dow DOWSIL™ 790, which has a 20-year warranty. The EIFS, stucco, and coating were power-washed and repaired with Dow DOWSIL™ Allguard Elastomeric Coating, which has a 10-year material and labour warranty. This restoration was completed over a two-month period, after which an inspection and warranty approval was given by a Dow representative.
